• No returns can be made without a return authorisation. Without a return authorisation, the warehouse will be unprepared for your return which may delay your refund. After reviewing the items below, please contact us to arrange for a return, quoting your order number.

• We must be notified by email that you will be returning an item within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging.
• We will refund the purchase in the currency it was paid less postage (shipping).
• Returned items where the original order qualified for free shipping will incur a €8.50 restocking fee

Damaged or Defective Items

• In the unlikely event that an item is defective, we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
• In the case of damaged goods, please send us photographic evidence of damage to outer packaging and the goods themselves within 5 days. Claims for damages cannot be entertained without this photographic evidence.

Shipping Costs

Ireland and Northern Ireland

• Standard Delivery - Free for orders over €60. For orders under €60, a flat rate of €5.99 applies. Delivery is by An Post Express Parcel Service or An Post mail, depending on the total order weight. Expected delivery time is 1 to 2 business days, please see below for statistical delivery times. If no one is home at the time of delivery, an An Post calling card will be left and your order will be available for collection at your nearest sorting office. Your item will be held for 5 days, after which time it will be returned to us. If your item is returned to us, the cost of your order will be refunded less a restocking fee of €8.50 to cover the costs of sending out your order.
  * For customers in Northern Ireland, you must have the country in your address specified as Ireland or Northern Ireland in order to avail of the flat rate shipping charge.

• Local Pickup - No walk-in orders. You may collect your order directly from our warehouse in Bracetown, Clonee, Dublin 15 between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday once your order has been placed and you have received an email confirming that your order is ready for collection, which may take from a couple of hours to one day to receive. Please note that there is no payment facility at our warehouse and walk-in orders are not possible. Your order must be placed online or by phone in advance of collecting your order and you must have received your "order ready for collection" email.

  Note: If orders are not collected within one week, a storage fee of €1 per week will be charged. This must be enforced as we have very limited space in our warehouse. If orders are not collected within one month, items are returned into stock and a restocking fee of €4 is incurred.

United Kingdom

• A valid daytime contact number for the delivery address is required for all international orders. Failure to provide a valid contact number may result in your order being delayed or returned. If an order is returned we will refund your order less the postage cost (which will already have been incurred by us).

Europe

• A valid daytime contact number for the delivery address is required for all international orders. Failure to provide a valid contact number may result in your order being delayed or returned. Rest of World

• Delivery cost is based on the total weight of your order. Total shipping cost will be calcuated during checkout and before payment details are requested. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.  Any customs or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• A valid daytime contact number for the delivery address is required for all international orders. Failure to provide a valid contact number may result in your order being delayed or returned. If an order is returned we will refund your order less the postage cost (which will already have been incurred by us).

Shipping costs to the UK, Europe and international destinations are calculated based on the size and weight of the order.  An estimate of the total shipping costs for items in your shopping cart is shown if you are logged in.

Furniture Items

Due to their size and weight, some furniture items are subject to an additional delivery charge. The exact delivery charge is always displayed during the checkout process.
